Amul Rasmalai

We are pleased to announce the launch of Amul Rasmalai. A real treat from Amul, with real sweet, for the first time in India.

Amul rasmalai with a shelf life of 1 year when kept at -18° C, is available round the year at all Amul Ice Cream selling outlets, all across the country. This product, like all other offerings from Amul, is made under hygienic conditions at state of the art manufacturing facility, with the fresh Amul milk, using the finest of ingredients giving you a rich mouth feel of thick rabdi.

Available in a 500 g pack, of 6 large pieces, rasmalai comes in a convenient and easy to use sealed tray, in a attractive carton. Priced competitively at Rs 175 per 500g, Amul maintains its promise of good quality product at reasonable rate.

The product is to be stored at -18° C and needs to be thawed before consumption. Few ways of thawing rasmalai are:

Place the sealed tray in hot water, with water level lower than the top surface, for 10 minutes. Slowly mix the contents of the tray by gently shaking it so as to uniformly distribute the melted milky syrup.
OR Place tray for 1-2 days in the refrigerator.
OR Open seal and place the tray in the microwave oven for 2-3 minutes. Let the tray stand for 10 minutes. Defrost again for 1-2 minutes if required.
